This professional induction hob has two burners of 250 mm in diameter each. Induction cooker with two 4 mm thick vitroceramic plates which is overpowered and built in satin stainless steel with opening openings allowing the ventilation of the electrical elements. It has a very powerful heating power with 2100 W on each hob, which, coupled with glass-ceramic technology, guarantees an ultra-fast heating speed!

This SOFRACA induction cooker has a reinforced construction with a powerful fan to prevent any overheating of the inductor and a double insulating wall to prevent any intrusion into the device such as water, flour or dust. It is equipped with 2 buttons with 9 power levels from 100 W to 2100 W for precise heat regulation (Manual setting). These 2 buttons are independent and allow to have 2 distinct heating zones. But also protection in the event of overheating and an on / off indicator light for each plate. Its vitroceramic cooking plate allows easy and quick cleaning on a daily basis.
