The Bartscher AT90 convection oven features a robust stainless steel construction and an enameled cooking chamber. It offers four horizontally arranged racks, each measuring 438 x 315 mm and spaced 70 mm apart. With a preheating time of approximately 8 minutes at 150%B0C, the oven is ready for use quickly in foodservice environments.
The double-glazed door and the rounded baking chamber support efficient food preparation. Equipped with a timer for up to 120 minutes and stepless, mechanical temperature control ranging from 50°C to 300°C, the convection oven is ideal for a wide variety of applications. It is plug-and-play, with a power rating of 2.7 kW at 230 V. It is controlled via a toggle switch, while two fans and a convenient interior light ensure even results.
