The Cookie Dough Speed Oven is a compact, table top, high speed oven that works using infrared technology. It is extremely portable as it does not need to be ‘hard wired’ like a conventional oven. It is simply connected by a standard 3 pin plug. The Cookie Dough Speed Oven opens up many new possibilities as well as Cookie Dough for your catering business, now you can serve Pizza Slices, Paninis, Nachos to name a few and the best bit is, they will only take a few minutes to cook / re-heat! THE UNIT
The Cookie Dough Speed Oven is precision engineered in Germany and is extremely compact and can easily be integrated into any kitchen or serving area. The unit has rubber feet so that it does not slip and comes with a removable food drawer for ease of serving your heated products. It also has a simple to use touch screen and a USB port for uploading your food product images you want to serve.
THE HEATING
The Cookie Dough Speed Oven only uses infrared technology, there are 2 main benefits for using this. The first is the speed, you will have a fully heated oven in less than 30 seconds and your food will be ready in under 3 minutes. The second is the saving on energy costs, no more waiting for 20 minutes to heat up and leaving on all day to stay at cooking temperature.
THE CONTROLS
The Cookie Dough Speed Oven uses a simple to use touch screen. It is so versatile! You can set multiple cooking phases to make your product and the USB port allows you to upload the image of the product your settings will make. Once saved this allows any member of staff to make the perfect serving , every time.
