Working top in stainless AISI 304, 15/10 thickness with removable enamelled containers. Burners in cast iron and brass, single and double crown, from 3,7 kW to 5,5 kW. Safety tap with thermocouple to adjust heating power. Ignition of main burner by pilot burner. Pilot burner and thermocouple are installed underneath the main burner body to be protected from accidental impacts and liquid overflow.

Gas oven with capacity GN 2/1. Oven inner door in stainless steel with labyrinth sealing. Gas oven ignition by piezo device.
