The cooking kettle is an automatic tilting cooking kettle of 100L and ideal for cooking, baking or poaching food. The tilting cooking kettle has a safety lock to prevent the lid from opening when the kettle is tilted. You can tilt the kettle with the simple control panel. This cooking kettle has a double wall that can be filled with water; this is an indirect heating system which ensures even heating of the bottom and side wells of the cooking kettle. Because the tilting cooking kettle is completely made of stainless steel, it is easy to clean the cooking kettle.
