This pot gas from the 700 range of TECNOINOX is built completely in stainless steel , it is equipped with a tank of 50 liters in AISI 316 stainless steel , a stainless steel lid with safety lock in "open" position, a tap emptying of the chromed brass bowl, a filling spout of the steerable bowl and a device for checking the pressure of the double bowl on the indirectly heated pots (pressure switch, manometer and safety valve). High efficiency burners.
Natural gas operation (supplied with Butane / Propane replacement injectors)
Gas direct heating model (P8DG7): ideal for cooking very liquid dishes such as broths
Indirect heating model (P8IG7 ref.): Indicated for denser preparations, such as soups or sauces (homogeneous heating over almost the entire surface of the tank thanks to the presence of a gap that prevents food from adhering to the walls)
