Double Gas Oven is a high power restaurant oven range made in the USA.

• Exclusive heat deflector reflects heat into the oven, not the floor.
• Powerful cast iron anti-clogging burner heads are removable for easy cleaning.
• 305 x 305mm heavy duty cast iron section grates easily lift off for convenient cleaning.
• Pots slide easily from section to section.
• Accommodates standard 400 x 600mm sheet pans or 1/1 GN's, either front to back or side to side.
• Optional, interchangeable burner heads - POA.
• Oven comes with backsplash & plate shelf as standard.
