This 4-burner gas oven is made of satin- finished AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. It has a shaped control panel with levers angled towards the user. These large handles do not come out of the body of the machine. Burners (2x 3.5 kW and 2x 5.6 kW) with a stabilized flame in nickel-plated cast iron with a two-ring flame distributor (better efficiency thanks to a flame distributed over two different sectors). Thermocouple safety valves with pilot flame. Acid-resistant black enamelled cast iron grates with long rays to support small saucepans. Waste bins drops in stainless steel.
