The Firex BR1E150I Easybratt Electric Bratt Pan is a very versatile cooking appliance with a generous 170 litre capacity, allowing you to braise, shallow fry or boil a variety of food products in bulk quantities. The Firex bratt pans feature durable 304 stainless steel tanks with counter balanced spring loaded hinged lids, making them easy to use and care for.
