The Olis D9810CGG 8-burner gas cooker with 2 ovens is part of the Diamante 90 range.
This range of professional kitchen equipment stands out for its design and is suitable for establishments with many covers and high service requirements.
For this reason, all modules in the DIAMANTE 90 range are available with a 2 mm thick worktop and kitchens can be equipped with burners up to 10 kW (option).
In addition, the innovative electronic panel allows for easy and quick programming of all types of cooking.

This 8-burner stove with 2 gas ovens was made of AISI 304 stainless steel, satin-finished and 2 mm thick.
It features a control panel designed with levers angled towards the user.
These large control knobs do not protrude from the body of the machine.
Burners (2x 3.5 kW, 4x 5.6 kW and 2x 7 kW) with stabilized flame in nickel-plated cast iron with two-ring flame distributor (better efficiency facilitated by a flame distributed over two different sectors).
Thermocouple safety valves with pilot light. Acid-resistant black enameled cast iron grates with long radii for supporting small pans. Stainless steel drip trays.
