This CELTIC range cooker features two burners under stainless steel grates and a warming plate. This plate allows you to keep dishes or preparations warm until serving.
The cast iron griddle plate is equipped with raised points for optimal heat distribution and retention across the entire surface. Refractory bricks surrounding the central burner ensure heat retention and limit energy consumption.
This robust and easy-to-use stove is perfect for catering professionals such as breweries, traditional restaurants, retirement homes... This 800mm deep stove will suit small spaces.
