Mobile extraction system with inbuilt carbon filtration system. Designed to accept Scholl Multi Line 65 appliances, 2 (1300mm unit) or 3 (1700mm unit) appliancess can be fitted - these include Induction hobs, Bain marie, Ceramic hobs and Fryer, Crepe maker. The extraction extracts from the front and sides of the appliances removing cooking smells and smoke particles making it ideal for ront of house of cooking. The unit comes with granite top trims and front decorative panelling, supplied with 2 electrical sockest on each side (2 x 230v 2 x 3 phase), and stainless steel storage containers on each side. The unit is fitted with a front glass sneeze screen
