- These revolutionary CB Chef cooking block includes a Hi Speed Infra red electric rotisserie ovens designed to allow you to cook different products, whole chicken, meat and poultry portions, ribs, boneless joints of meat, fish, vegetables etc all at the same time, whilst including an electric pizza oven and convection oven. This unit is ideal for operators wanting to cook a variety of products but in a small footprint - less than 1 square meter, making it ideal for Convenience stores, Forecourts, Contract caterers etc.

- Infra red cooking reduces weight loss so increases product yield - only 10 to 20% weight loss
