Choc Colata is the kit that collects all the useful accessories to work with chocolate. It consists of: Funnel Choc, the doser + strainer that will help you prepare your creations Thermo Choc, the silicone spatula with a thermometer incorporated to check the temperature ( from -40°C to +300°C) and Coco Choc, the silicone cocotte suitable to melt chocolate in the microwave or at bain-marie. These three instruments have been designed to make working with chocolate easy and allow you to make shiny and perfect chocolates.
