  • 12 Litre capacity(1okg topping)removable bowl,stainless steel lid.Tempered glass,watertight easy to clean control panel.
  • Water temperature regulated by thermostat from 20-60c, with thermal safety feature that shuts off the appliance when no water is present.
  • A needle may be fitted directly to the dipping machine so that the chocolate ,temperature is displayed instead of the set temperature.
