Description of the ultra-thin glass-ceramic hot plate with rounded edges
This ultra-thin glass-ceramic hotplate makes it possible to keep food, dishes or gastro-norm containers in temperature . Indeed, it has a work surface with pastry standards 600 x 400 mm and it is possible to put on GN 1/1 gastro-norm containers. Its unique design allows you to directly cut your products on the plate (pizzas, quiches, pies, pies, etc ...) without risk of scratching the plate vitro.

It is not only aesthetic, it is also powerful:
- Uniform distribution and temperature control over the entire plate thanks to 12 preset thermostats placed under the glass for permanent verification and guaranteed constant heat over the entire surface of the plate.
- Heating system by ultrafine resistors incorporated into a silicone fabric in direct contact with the ceramic hob. This makes it possible to have a high thermal distribution power.
