  • The semi automatic machine is made entirely from AISI 304 Stainless Steel with the dies from anodized aluminium and is equipped with gas flush. This machine comes with a cutter that follows the contours of the tray.

    The vacuum control and gas flush are controlled by sensor with a 25m³/h Busch pump. There is maintenance push button control and the digital control panel is equipped with 99 memory programmes.

    The moulds are easy to change and can work with different types of tray (PP, Pet, Aluminium etc). The digital panel can be adjusted from 0-230 ℃.
