IWRM-B1-1313-06 Palletti built-in induction warmer holds prepared dishes
at a consistent temperature to ensure that they're hot and ready for
service. The induction technology heats only the cookware resulting in
hot foods, but a cool surface that will not burn guests or staff. As a
result, you'll be able to safely serve dishes at the ideal temperature.
Pan Sense Technology (PST) activates the unit only when an appropriate
pan is placed on the warmer, and the memory retention stores last-used
settings when the warmer is powered on after being turned off. Plus, the
built-in safety feature powers down the unit to prevent over-heating.
Featuring a black glass-ceramic cooking surface, the unit is simple to
wipe down at the end of the day. The unit requires a 120V electrical
connection for operation.
