This means that you can produce approximately 400kg of peeled potatoes or carrots per hour. Onions are not suitable for peeling in this peeling machine.
Easy to operate
To keep an eye on the peeling process, you can look through the transparent top lid. On the inside of the peeling machine, the peeling wall is made from the durable material carborundum. The mechanical start and stop button makes this machine very easy to operate. It also has a handy timer with a rotary knob. It's important to work safely in the catering industry, which is why there is a safety switch in the lid, as well as on the door in front. The peeling machine is equipped with a stainless steel tray and a filter to catch leftover scraps and water. It takes about three minutes before a cycle is completed and you can remove the peeled vegetables. If you put cut cubes in the peeler, they will come out in a rounded shape, like baby carrots.
