The simple to use DXSM-270CE is perfect for slicing French bread, bagels, subs, hamburger buns, Coney buns, hoagies, biscuits, bread sticks and much more. Sturdy and solidly built, the DXSM-270C can slide and/or hinge products as fast as the operator can feed them into the chute.
The DXSM-270CE is adjustable for products sized up to 6″ (152.4 mm) wide by 3″ (76.2mm) thick. It can slice all the way through on products up to 5-1/4″ (133.3 mm) wide or hinged products up to 6″ (152.4 mm) wide.
It’s simple to operate – adjustments are fast, easy to make, repeatable, and accurate. The chute can be removed without tools for safe, easy cleaning without interference from the cutting blade.
The DXSM-270CE is great for use in supermarkets, bakeries, schools, delis, retail bakeries, sub shops, hospitals, restaurants, bagel shops, caterers, and more!
