The oven's interior and frame are made of stainless steel, and the interior features coved corners to prevent food particle build-up. The cabinet features removable stainless steel pan slides that hold (8) 18" x 26" pans and includes 3 wire grids. The body of the oven is made of a sleek stainless steel and is fully insulated. For your convenience, the door comes outfitted with a silicone gasket for a tight seal and a high temperature, ceramic, magnetic latch that's easy to open, but provides a secure closure. Plus, the latch is antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs.
To make installation and transportation easy, this cook and hold oven comes with (4) 5" heavy-duty casters to enable mobility and a field reversible door for versatility. Because the unit does not need to be placed under a ventilation hood in most locations, you can even install the oven wherever it will serve you best.
