The oven's interior and frame are made of stainless steel, and the interior features coved corners to prevent food particle build-up. The cabinet features removable stainless steel pan slides that hold (8) 18" x 26" pans and includes 3 wire grids. The body of the oven is made of a sleek stainless steel and is fully insulated. For your convenience, the door comes outfitted with a silicone gasket for a tight seal and a high temperature, ceramic, magnetic latch that's easy to open, but provides a secure closure.
