Camurri’s pateThe GAEC Ca_puccina Hotel Unit model combines three completely independent appliances in one. Its unique multifunctional features cater for the storing and serving of beverages in addition to other functions, such as making and serving excellent filter or espresso coffee and cappuccino.
It is also a water boiler for a non stop supply of hot water for tea or herbal teas and can heat and froth milk for cappuccino, mnted slow filter system enriches and preserves the flavour and aroma for as long as the machine is running. With thermostat control so that beverages stay at the optimum temperature for as long as required. Easy to use so customers can serve themselves.
Controls, timer and dosage settings are adjusted using the PLC.
The milk dispenser cleans itself automatically in compliance with hygiene standards.
