10 Ltr Planetary Mixer provides commercial kitchens with a simple and cost-effective floor-standing food mixer that is hard wearing, durable and easy to use.
With variable speed settings, operators can easily choose between 113, 168 and 386 rpm speed settings to get the perfect dough consistency or to suit your mixing requirements. Included as standard, units come with a whisk, dough hook and a flat stirrer/beater attachment, alongside a heavy-duty stainless-steel mixing bowl.
Powered by a heavy-duty 0.75kw electric motor connected to a commercial-grade gear-driven transmission, the Hurricane Planetary mixer is ideal for heavy-duty commercial use.
