High quality mincer from Fama, using high quality components including a stainless steel mincing group for longevity, together with stainless steel self-sharpening draw-plates. Made in Italy, this mincer is perfect for very low volume use, 150kg per hour. Small appliance, but great performance, to produce minced meat. Intended primarily for domestic or very light-professional use.
By replacing the die, with different drilling, it is possible to obtain various types of ground: ragÍ_, meatballs, sausages and Swiss. Also available the set of tubes for sausage meat.
It is able to prepare, at best, any type of pulp. Hygienically designed, it has the possibility to completely separate the grinding unit from the machine body for a more accurate cleaning whilst the grinding unit is suitable for dishwashers.
