The Vector BS13 bread slicer is a table top bread slicing machine with fixed 13mm cutting blades. This machine will product bread slice thickenss of 13mm. The bread can be loaded and unloaded from the front of the machine. The Vector BS13 comes with a removable crumb tray and also a very useful adjustable bag spade for loading your sliced bread into the bags with ease. The no-volt release power switch prevents the machine starting up accidentally if the power supply is interrupted.
The bread slicer is extremely easy to use and clean down. Simply turn the machine on and lift the front handle, this allow the loading bay to open up. The bread is then positioned in place and the side handle moved to set the machine into slicing mode. Once the bread is sliced after a few seconds the bread is displayed ontop of the machine and ready to be loaded onto the bag spade.
