It is easy to transport and simple to use thanks to its rear-combustion fireplace (wooden log, pellets or charcoal) and its patented flame-blocking valve, making it possible to control all types of cooking: pizzas, grilled meats (450 to 500°C), breads, grilled meats (450 to 500°C), breads, meats, vegetables, stews, pastries (150 to 250°C). Of professional quality, it is easy to use and easy to heat up (20 min. for a rise in temperature to 500°C)
