This Edlund A1500 stainless steel pusher works with 350 series electric slicers to help ensure quick, consistent cuts every time. It is specifically designed for slicing tomatoes, lemons, kiwis, mushrooms, and other soft fruits and vegetables. Simply press down on the handle with minimal pressure to force the food through the blade assembly on the slicer. You're left with clean, crisp slices that give you up to 30% more yield than slicing manually! It is compatible with 1/4", 3/8", and 3/16" inserts for maximum versatility.
