Made of stainless steel, this tray trolley is ideal for the transport and storage of up to 7 Gastronorm trays of dimensions 1/1.

It is fitted with 4 wheels, two of them with brakes to secure it easily when necessary. It also includes bumpers at the corners.

Tray trolleys are not only used for the transport of trays, but also for their storage when they must get cool after leaving the oven, or for defrosting either.
