Continuous slicing.
Designed for continuous slicing with its motorised in-feed belts (1 lower in-feed belt and 1 upper electronically adjustable belt to compress the loaf and push it into the slicing frames), the Full allows the efficient slicing of a wide variety of breads. The speed of the motorised belts can be adjusted to adapt the rate of slicing to different types of bread.
Full performs best with 2 operators (1 loading / 1 unloading and bagging). For single operator use, the optional feed chute is strongly recommended to increase storage capacity.
Jac's fully automatic semi-industrial slicer can continuously slice up to 1,000 loaves per hour.
Each slicer features an easily accessible draw which can hold up to 33 litres of crumbs and a high-performance blowing system to automatically open the bread bags.
The simple to use controllers require minimum operator training and feature an integrated cutting counter to record the number of products sliced.
All built-to-order Jac Full Slicers are manufactured in stainless steel, guaranteeing them to be durable, hygienic and easy to clean.
The inclusion of lockable safety castors ensures ease of manoeuvrability.
