This trolley with its butane stove and electronic ignition is perfect for creating a show-like presentation while creating desserts, sides, or entrees. Featuring four swivel casters, it can easily be pushed to any location. Two of the casters then lock in place to keep it secure during use at the desired spot. The two stainless steel grills offer you an easy way to keep food hot and prepare it on the spot. Plus, they're designed to be removable, making it easy to maintain and care for the flambe trolley after each use.
The trolley also has a stainless steel top that offers a high-end look while being user friendly for cooking and cleaning. Off on its side, the unit has additional counter space provided by a drop-leaf table. This can easily be raised or lowered down out of the way for when it's not needed. A storage cabinet on the bottom also gives you extra space to store items that you need to keep close at hand.
