This unit offers optimal temperature retention and energy conservation due to the fiber insulation, and reliable, even heating due to the free-floating duplex tube burners. The oven’s snap throttle thermostat provides temperatures of up to 343˚C, and the temperature control, safety pilot and gas valve are all located at the front of the unit for ease of use. The unit’s stainless steel exterior also adds convenience and simplicity when cleaning.
