- 30,000 BTU round burner to create a hot zone in the center of the griddle to accommodate this unique style of cooking known as Japanese Teppanyaki griddle or Teppanyaki grill cooking, and is also known as a "Hibachi Grill" in some regions.

- Burner has adjustable gas valve & continuous pilot for instant ignition.
