The wood steak grill double gas is a special grilling appliance . It is intended for cooking red meats, white meats, fish and shellfish, sausages, hamburgers, steaks and all kinds of grilled specialties (kebabs, bacon and ham, etc ...).
This double grill contains a charcoal system with refractory stones that gives the meat a taste of cooking over a wood fire.
Built all INOX , it contains a double walls, a cooking grid with double handle inINOX , the volcanic stones are placed on a grid which is also inINOX . This wood steak grill gas double is equipped with 2 sinks, 2 thermostats and therefore 2 separate heating zones, security watch, thermocouple and piezo ignition .
Equipped with Butane / Propane gas and supplied with natural gas injectors.
