This ultra-flat glass ceramic hotplate is built-in and allows food, dishes or gastro-standard containers to be kept at temperature . Indeed, it has a work surface to pastry standards 600 x 400 mm and it is possible to place GN 1/1 gastro-standard containers on it. Its unique design allows you to cut your products directly on the plate (pizzas, quiches, pies, pies, etc.) without the risk of scratching the vitro plate.
A unique hot plate on the market, thanks to its innovative design and its thickness of 3 cm which will allow you to highlight your products and your dishes. Built-in heating plate by simply cutting marble or another worktop.
It is not only aesthetic, it is also efficient:
- Even distribution and temperature control over the entire plate thanks to 12 pre- set thermostats placed under the glass for permanent verification and the guarantee of constant heat over the entire surface of the plate.
