This ultra-thin ceramic glass hot plate keeps food, dishes, and gastronorm containers at the perfect temperature . It features a 600 x 400 mm work surface compliant with pastry standards and can accommodate GN 1/1 gastronorm containers . Its unique design allows you to cut your products directly on the plate (pizzas, quiches, pies, tarts, etc.) without scratching the glass surface.
A unique hot plate on the market, thanks to its innovative design and 3 cm thickness, allowing you to showcase your products and dishes. It integrates easily and perfectly into any work or display surface. With its straight edges, you can create a continuous display by simply placing several hot plates side by side . It's ideal for hotels, restaurants, outdoor buffets, cafeterias, institutions, private lounges, event venues, and more.

- Homogeneous distribution and temperature control across the entire plate thanks to 12 preset thermostats placed under the glass for continuous monitoring and ensuring constant heat across the entire surface of the plate.
- Heating system using ultra-thin resistors embedded in a silicone fabric in direct contact with the ceramic glass plate. This allows for high heat distribution.
- Safety fuse which allows for a protected internal low voltage power supply.
- Position of the power cable under the ultra-flat heating plate so that it can be positioned in the direction desired by the customer.

An all-stainless steel construction with 2 finishes: high-quality brushed stainless steel or hammered decorative stainless steel that doesn't show fingerprints. It is equipped with a simple and aesthetically pleasing control panel with 4 touch buttons: 1 button to turn the hob on (the green LED is visible when on) and 3 preset buttons to select the temperature: 60/70°C, 80/90°C and 100/110°C (the orange LED is visible on the selected button) .
