ROTOR disc set made of stainless steel for Varimat Gourmet vegetable cutter
Low cutting forces due to knife geometry and quality make higher production rates and more beautiful cuts possible. Especially in the Varimat, where you can also easily adjust the optimal speed!
The blades are made of stainless, hand-ground knife steel. These can be replaced after wear or reground, because they are screwed on and not riveted.
