induction warmer. It operates at 90% efficiency to use less energy than
comparable units, while the drop-in design sits flush with your
countertop for a sleek, clean aesthetic. This unit features Nemco's
exclusive continuous field induction technology that not only keeps
warming vessels energized when lifted, but also eliminates the danger of
open flame gel fuels on the buffet line! A remote control panel allows
you to mount the controls in an ideal location, where workers can easily
access them and guests won't tamper with them. This warmer features
400W of warming power with 7 power settings that are adjusted by simple
push button controls, combining with an adjustable timer to make
operation both simple and flexible. Each of the settings corresponds to a
set temperature ranging from 95-195 degrees Fahrenheit to give you
precise control over your application.
The warmer boasts a
durable stainless steel body with a rugged glass cooktop that offers
greater impact resistance than any other warmer on the market! To
further enhance the unit's long-lasting performance, a patented internal
insulation system and a heavy-duty cooling system protect the
electronic components in even the most extreme kitchen environments. It
accommodates pots and pans with a bottom diameter from 4 3/4" to 10
1/4". For added convenience, these low wattage units can be installed
together and safely operate from the same outlet. A 208/240V electrical
connection is required for operation.
