Designed to mold any kind of rolled bread. Equipped with special automatic dough return device for easier operation. The pressing rollers and the moulder belt are independently adjusted.


SMALL LOAVES MOULDERS,
TABLE VERSION

  • 1 - Oval type: to form oval-shaped long loaves from 10 to 100 g, max. loaf length 16 cm.

  • 2 - Cylindrical type: to form cylindrical-shaped long loaves from 10 to 250 g, max. loaf length 25 cm.

  • An hand-wheel, for adjusting the loaf length, fits both machines. Machine is equipped with low tension electrical plant, with device to prevent accidents and is completely in stainless steel.

  • Output of both machines: 2500 pieces/hour. This machine handles fat dough and soft dough with water content up to 70%.
