KD-017 Hot Sauce stainless steel lever dispenser suitable for thick & high viscosity hot sauces, available with stainless steel spring and captivate stainless steel marble for easy cleaning.

*Also suitable for chocolate & Cheese sauce, suitable for high usage applications

Sauce portion adjustable up to 40ml. 

 

Cleaning instructions

Clean the dispenser regularly

Rinse the dispenser with lukewarm water

Do not use aromatic detergents

Only use HACCP approved detergents

Disassemble the dispenser for optimal cleaning results

Do not clean the dispenser by using a dishwasher

Make sure not to lose small parts during cleaning

Never use sharp objects to clean the dispenser, this can cause damage

After cleaning and before assembly grease the piston and the piston

body lightly non-acidic vaseline or edible oil.
