PrecisionBrew 1.5 gallon twin automatic shuttle coffee brewer for
air-heated shuttles (sold separately)! Whether you need to serve fresh,
hot, perfectly brewed coffee at a hotel, buffet, or event, this coffee
brewer is a great choice. It brews to the Golden Cup standard as defined
by the Specialty Coffee Association to make sure that you are always
serving the highest quality brew.
This unit features a digital,
virtual sight glass design that lets you know when it's time to brew
another batch but does not entail any of the drawbacks of a traditional
sight glass. This backlit, internal sight glass in each air-heated
shuttle provides an LED readiness and freshness indicator to let your
staff know the quality of the remaining brew. The colored lights change
so you know at a glance when brewing is done or when it's time to make
another batch.
To ensure that your coffee remains at the highest
level of quality for as long as possible, this unit uses special
air-heated shuttles called Encapsulair shuttles. Each 1.5 gallon shuttle
is insulated with air between the internal chambers to help maintain
coffee temperature and flavor. Inside the shuttles, Java-tate technology
gently stirs the brewed coffee at regular intervals to keep it
perfectly blended for a consistent flavor profile in every drop.
The advanced touchscreen digital interface makes the brewing process
simple and streamlines brewing and operation. With this coffee maker,
you can brew three different batch sizes from 0.5 gallons to 1.5 gallons
depending on the volume of coffee you need at any given time. For the
morning rush you can brew a larger batch, and then switch to a smaller
batch size during the afternoon to reduce waste during slower times.
This coffee maker has a 3.2 gallon heating tank for each brew head and
requires a water connection for operation. It also requires a 240V
electrical connection and has an output of 700W.
