This ultra flat glass ceramic heating plate is built-in and keeps food, dishes or gastronomic containers warm. Indeed, it has a working surface with pastry standards 600 x 400 mm and it is possible to place gastronorm containers GN 1/1 on it. Its unique design allows you to cut your products directly on the plate (pizzas, quiches, pies, pies, etc.) without the risk of scratching the vitro plate.
A unique hot plate on the market, thanks to its innovative design and its thickness of 3 cm which will allow you to enhance your products and dishes. Built-in hot plate by simply cutting marble or another work surface.
It is not only aesthetic, it is also effective:
- Homogeneous distribution and temperature control over the entire plate thanks to 12 preset thermostats placed under the glass for permanent verification and the guarantee of constant heat over the entire surface of the plate.
- Heating system by ultra-fine resistors incorporated in a silicone fabric in direct contact with the ceramic hob. This allows a high thermal distribution power.
- Safety fuse which allows a protected internal low voltage supply.
- Position of the power cable under the ultra-flat heating plate to be able to position it in the direction desired by the customer.
A "high quality" brushed stainless steel construction , asimple and aesthetic remote control panel thanks to 4 tactile buttons: 1 button for switching on the plate (in the on position the green color of the LED is displayed) and 3 buttons preset to choose the temperature: 60/70 ° C, 80/90 ° C and 100/110 ° C (the orange color of the LED is displayed on the selected button) .
