With the Edlund FDWW-38S Titan Max-Cut slicer, preparing fresh fruit and
vegetables is quick, easy, and convenient! Capable of accepting various
blade types (sold separately), this manual slicer can adapt to every
situation simply by swapping out the included dicing blades and matching
pusher insert. The Titan handles a variety of fruit and vegetables,
offering the best flexibility to suit even the busiest commercial
kitchen.
With a heavy-duty wall mount base, the unit is properly
secured in place as you cut product after product for fresh 3/8" slices
of ingredients or garnishes. It also provides a space-efficient
installation and storage option great for cramped prep areas. An
all-stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability for
continued use.
The Titan FDWW-38S has an extra, built-in blade
cartridge storage compartment, so you can keep different size blades
close by for a quick switch. Extra blades are sold separately.
The quick-change pusher and blade assemblies are stainless steel for natural corrosion-resistance and features protective wash guards for easy cleaning. They also provide the largest cutting surface available to help expedite the slicing process and keep your back-of-house operations running as smoothly as possible.
