2 is a medium-duty electric meat slicer with loads of extra features. This slicer has a 12" diameter carbon steel knife with a no-touch blade removal tool. It has a powerful 1/2 HP motor, so you can efficiently process your meats and cheese for hours each day. It is a perfect solution for restaurants or delis that require slicing throughout the day. This Edvantage series slicer, also known as the 31300, has a built-in dual stone sharpener and a removable carriage for easy cleaning. Safety features include a clear hand guard, zero blade exposure when carriage is removed and a sealed housing that prevents moisture damage. The compact design is constructed from anodized cast aluminum with stainless steel pusher rod and slice deflector.
