BDS Series Standard baker’s dough scale comes with oversized footed plastic scoop, counter weight, measuring weights, and rubber foot pads. Finished in FDA epoxy powder coat.
This Edlund BDSS-8 balance-style baker's dough scale is simple, easy to use, and accurate. Each 9" diameter platter is constructed from durable, 12-gauge stainless steel that's easy to clean, and won't chip or rust. Other useful features include rubber footpads for stable placement that won't scratch your tabletop, an over-sized footed plastic scoop, a counterweight, and a full set of measuring weights (1 lb, 2 lb, 4 lb.).
