The EDGE30 range is designed to cater for smaller output pizza
operations and mixed menu kitchens. The small kitchen footprint
and near silent operation means that pizza can be added
to almost any kitchen with little to no impact on existing
working conditions.

usage and adjusts accordingly to the demands place on the
oven, dramatically reducing gas consumption and bills
• Cool front fascia
• 34 x 12” pizzas per hour on a 6 minute bake (per deck)
