The SYV "Save Your Vacuum", device recognises the product's core temperature during sous-vide cooking process (in bain marie or steam oven), avoiding any flow in the bag through the needle probe punching point.
The SYV (Save your Vacuum - vacuum check valve) valve lets you detect the core temperature of the product being cooked sous-vide (in water bath or steam oven), creating an effective barrier against air passage where the probe goes through the bag.
