TheCooker has 4 gas burners with a capacity of 2x3kW and 2x3,6kW and a cast iron heating plate with a capacity of 5kW, a piezo-electric igniter, safety valves with a thermoelectric cell. Housing made of stainless steel with raised edges makes it easier to keep clean and prevents spills. Cast-iron burner grids are suitable for heavy loads. Cast-iron heating plate keeps the heat for a long time and evenly spreads it over the entire surface, ideal for preparing dishes directly on the plate or in dishes. Located under the central disc, the disc can be used as an additional, very efficient burner with an open flame.
The electric hot-air oven has a thermostat with temperature regulation, removable parts for easy cleaning, and a wide glass front window for easy inspection of prepared dishes. The set includes a chromed grate and enamelled sheet. The oven is equipped with guides adapted to GN 1/1 containers.
