Usage tips :
It is advisable to base the molds in blue sheets before the first use.
For that :
- Heat the mold to 100 ° C once or twice to allow a good cleaning with a cloth.
- Grease the mold and cook for 2 hours at 180 ° C upside down to let out excess fat.
- Wipe the mold with a dry cloth at the oven outlet and grease it again.
The mold is ready for use.
