In these 2 separate compartments, you can place the vegetable oils of your choice and the vinegar that suits you. 
By turning the ring of  Oil Spray and Vinegar 2 compartments,  you will mix at your convenience oil and vinegar and you can create the exact dosage of seasoning you want. 
You will also choose to spray only vinegar or oil by turning the ring completely to one side or the other. 

If you want to spray lemon juice, a vinegar emulsion or spicy oil, you can also use these separate compartments.
